Annotation for Project #4

We made Virtual Field Trip power points in our Social Studies class that we had to publish onto our website.   The topic I chose to use for  my Virtual Field Trip is camps for children with life threatening illnesses.  This is one of my favorite topics to learn about.  I have thought many summers about going and volunteering my time at on of these camps.  Unfortunately the way my life has been with school I haven't had that chance yet.  Hopefully some day i will have that chance.  I was really afraid when I chose this topic that it would be an not so good topic.  We presented our VFT to sixth grade students from Barry Elementary and the students really enjoyed it.  There were very interactive and open to talking about children or people they know with disabilities of illnesses.  I used three different camps in my VFT although there are more then that.  The three websites I used can be viewed by clicking on the links to enter the site.  To put this project on my website, I used NVU to create this page and linked my VFT to this page.  After my VFT was successfully linked to this page, I used WS_FTP to publish this page onto my website.   If you decides to view my VFT will enjoy viewing it as much as I enjoyed making it.
