I begun teaching in New Oriental School from the winter vacation in 2012. My first group of students are undergraduate students from different provinces in China. I taught New Concept English book 2 together with another teacher, and the course lasted 15 days.

    During the following spring semester, I taught more courses to students at a wider range of ages and grades, from junior high school students to adults. I found it challenging and did have a hard time preparing for all the classes. However, it was also a great opportunity to learn from other experienced teachers and apply what I had learnt into practice.

    The summer vacation that year was unforgettable for me. Not only because I earned a relatively large amount of money by teaching in class 10 hours a day and challenging my extreme of working time, but also because all the students had enjoyed my classes and found them helpful. We were more like friends and we had a great time together.

    There is a saying that "teachers who  love teaching teaches students to love learning". That's the essence of a successful teacher and also my goal for the future career.
