Project#4

For this project, we had to get into groups of 2-5, I worked with Chris M. We had to create a webquest for elementary students on a social studies concept. This was a joint project with EDU 375. We divided up the work: I created the task, process, & evaluation pages; Chris made the Intro, Conclusion, Credits & Title pages. This project was tough because we didn't really know what topic we wanted to focus on, at first we wanted to do a project on geography but could not come up with an over-arching question. So, we did our webquest on Columbus Day with the question: "Should we celebrate Columbus Day?". We also had a few technical difficulties with design aspects in Nvu. The tables were diffcult to work with and we still are having trouble centering the headers. Although, overall I think the project turned out great and would be a fun project for students.
