I graduated from SUNY Cortland this December, with a B.A. in Social Philosophy and minors in Mathematics and Computer Applications. This spring I am attending classes part-time at Syracuse University and studying for the GRE. In the fall, I will be applying to grad schools. I am looking for Philosophy grad programs that are strong in Logic, with possible crossovers into the Mathematics and/or Computer Science fields.
I am a non-traditional college student, going back to school after many years working as a nanny. I am married, with a nine-year old daughter.

Morris dancing is an ancient type of dance from England. There are many different styles of morris dancing; namely, Cotswold morris, Border morris, and Northwest Morris. Related traditions include various types of sword dancing, such as longsword and rapper, and English clog dancing.
I have been doing morris dancing since 1994, when I joined Thornden Morris. In 1996 I joined Salt Springs Morris (now defunct), the Bassett Street Hounds, and Ribbonsteel Rapper. I am currently dancing on three teams; the Bassett Street Hounds, Thornden Morris, and Ribbonsteel Rapper. My husband also dances on the Hounds, and plays music for Thornden.
Check out their webpages to find out more about morris dancing!
The Bassett Street HoundsI'm not in it, so don't bother looking for me.
I am fascinated by lighthouses, and I like to go and visit them on my vacations. I especially like to stay overnight at lighthouses. There are many lighthouses all over the world that you can stay overnight in, with accomodations ranging from luxury hotels to youth hostels.
Check out my Lighthouse blog for more information on lighthouses you can stay overnight at, and some of my adventures in lighthousing. The blog is still a work in progress, as time allows for me to post more content, and as I visit more lighthouses!

I have been tutoring logic at Onondaga Community College for two years now, and I have made various handouts for my students over the years. I make them available to my students (and anyone else who is interested in the study of logic) through a wiki that my husband set up for me. LogicWiki is a joint production between my husband and I, containing various logic notes that he and I have developed. My section of the website contains handouts and tutorials that I have developed for assisting students learning logic using Howard Pospesel's propositional logic textbook and software. My husband's pages were developed as he worked his way through Pospesel's book, with my help.
Here are some papers that I have written that may be of interest. They may be freely read, and may be cited as an unpublished work if you so choose.
Any uncited usage is PLAGARISM!! Don't go there.
