For this project i used microsoft word to make a word poem about my name. I used the word text in microsoft to make my name more colorful and i used different sizes and fonts to make it more fun looking. After i did the word poem, i made a birthday flyer to my dad. First i put a border on the page. Then i put a message on the sheet to say happy birthday to my dad. Lastly, i inserted two pictures onto the worksheet to make if more about him and his birthday. I found this project helpful because it will help me in the future when i am a teacher and need to make flyers, notices, tests, ect. for my students and their families. Using microsoft word will help me be able not only to keep in contact with my students families, but i will be able to do it in a creative way!
