1. mistake: Something that is not correct: a wrong action, statement, or judgement. 



2. sweater: a warm piece of clothing for the upper part of your body, usually knitted.



3. horrible: very bad or unpleasant.

5. cereal box: A box containing the breakfast food, cereal.

8.  car pool: a group of people who regularly share a car when they are going to and from their jobs or who take turns driving each other's children to school, activities, etc.




9. scrunched: to be put in a space that is too small.





10. sailboat: a boat that has a sail.

11. invisible: impossible to see, not visible.




12. sixteen: the number 16.




13. tack: a small, shark nail usually with a flat, round head.




14. double-decker strawberry ice cream cone:  an icecream cone with two scoops of strawberry icecream.

17. dessert: a sweet food eaten after the main part of the meal.




18. dentist: a person whose job is to take care of people's teeth.




19. cavity:  a hole formed in a tooth by decay.




20. elevator: a machine used to carry things and people to other levels in a building.




21. muddy: filled of covered with mud.




22. crybaby: a person who cries easily and complains often.




23. punching: hitting someone hard with your fist.




24. scolded: to speak in an angry or a critical way to osmeone hwo has done something wrong.




25. shoestore: a stoer where you can buy shoes.




26. copying machine: A machine used to copy papers.




27. careful: to use care.





28. lima beans: a flat, green bean.





29. kissing: to touch someone with your lips as a greeting or to show you love them.





30. marble: a kind of round stone that is often polished.




31. pajamas: clothing that is worn when people sleep or relax at home.





32. nightlight: a light used during the night.





33. burned out: the light no longer works.
