  • Dissolve yeast and sugar in pre-heated water.You will know if your yeast is active if after 5 minutes it starts to bubble.This is called "proofing the yeast".
  • Combine onion powder, oregano, garlic and oil while you are waiting for your yeast to start bubbling.
  • Add to yeast mixture along with 2 1/2 cups of flour.
  • Knead dough and more flour if necessary.You will know when your dough is ready when it is no longer sticky and instead feels like velvet.
  • When dough has doubled roll out onto a lightly floured surface in desired pizza shape.
  • Transfer to a pizza stone and top with yummy toppings!
  • Bake at 350° F at least 20 minutes.
