The puzzle maker is a great way for students to be introduced to new vocabulary or spelling words. It can work as an assessment as to whether or not students comprehend the terms that they are currently learning about in class. Students are constantly learning new vocabulary and spelling words and the same drills can sometimes become dull for the students to complete, the puzzle maker offers different puzzles that could be used in place of writing sentences, etc. Personally, I had a lot of fun making the puzzle and I think that kids could also have fun creating their own puzzle or completing one made by the teacher from this website. For my puzzle I chose to do the solar system and to make a word search puzzle. I used the Discovery Education website to make this puzzle. The website can be found at:
