Project #1  Project #1 was to begin the process of creating our e-portfolio.  To do this we first explored Nvu, which is the webpage composer we are using.  Then we began to create our own website for our ePortfolio.  We created webpages, links, and uploaded pictures.  To publish our webpage we used FTP, which lets the website work from internet explorer.  This project was very useful because I was able to learn how to create a website which I will do as a teacher in the future.  I think it is important for teachers to use technology in their classroom.  One of the most important ways would be to create a webpage so that I can communicate to students and parents about what is going on in my classroom, along with assignments for students.
