Project #8 For this project we used Microsoft Photo Story 3 to create a photo story. I created mine by using the pictures I took when I studied aborad in Costa Rica. I uploaded each picture to Photo Story. I put the pictures in the order I wanted. Then I added words to the pages where I wanted to write where I was. I then added music to play when I am watching the Photo Story. After it was completed I uploaded it to my website using WS_FTP. I think this can be very useful in a classroom. In the beginning of the year students can create Photo Stories about themselves to introduce themself to the class. Also I will use this when I want to introduce a new topic. I can use pictures from points in history or animals for science for example. After showing the class the story they can tell me what they think about what they saw. It is a good way to show things students can't see by going out or without looking through books, such as how people once lived or how animals live. View my Photo Story |
