- Portabello mushroom slices
- 1 chopped red or yellow pepper, whichever you prefer
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- vegetable or olive oil
- adobo
- Shredded Mexican cheese
- 2-4 6-inch flour burritos
