An infinitive is the basic form of a verb.  

Example:     In the sentence: "I talk alot", the infinitive is "to talk".  
                    In the sentence: "Yo hablo mucho.", the infinitive is "hablar"

Directions: Read each sentence in each question below.  First, choose either the present tense or the past tense for each sentence.  Then, choose which verb is the infinitive of the verbs in bold.
