Classroom Rules and Expectations

What you may expect of me:

• Every student that comes into my class will feel welcome and confortable. 
• I will do my best to make the material we will learn as relevant and exciting as possible. 
• I promise to let every voice be heard in my class and make an effort to get to know each and every one of you. 
• Our classroom will be completely judgement free!
  
• I will not stand for bullying or making fun of one another. 
  
• You are all learning a different language, it will sound funny sometime and we all will make mistakes.

What I will expect of you:

• I expect that you walk into my class everyday with a positive attitude and an open mind. 
• I want each of you to be willing to talk and participate in each lesson.
• I require that each of you are honest and kind.
• You will come in prepared with any assignments already completed and any questions that you have already prepared. 
• You are to remember that you are learning about a different culture so their customs and traditions may seem strange to you but they think it is normal.  Again, keep an open mind and be accepting of others.
  

I believe that we will have a productive and successful year.  I look forward to what we can accomplish and how much we will grow during our time together.
