Background: Students have been learning about adjectives and verbs. They will be viewing letters for an animal shelter about animals written by students. The letters contain adjectives to describe the animals and verbs to tell the readers or "future pet owners" what the animal does.

  • Students will be able to use adjectives and verbs in sentences.
