Primary squamules persistant. Greyish green above, white below and esorediate. Podetia usually unbranched and cupless. Surface is corticate at base and interrupted with ecorticate and sorediate areas. upper half completely sorediate. Apothecia rare on tips of podetia. Thallus with fumarprotocetraric acid(P+ red).Widely distributed on soil and rotting wood. This specimen was collected from the climax forest area in a moist and relatively low light environment.
