Becky O'Grady Vice President; President, Yoplait Division

Becky O’Grady is president of the Yoplait division and is responsible for the fast-growing yogurt business of General Mills, including Yoplait and Colombo yogurt products.

She joined General Mills in 1990.   Her career with General Mills spans leadership roles in a variety of divisions and brands including Yoplait, Cheerios, Progresso and Betty Crocker.  She has also led significant new product and new business initiatives for the company.  O’Grady was promoted to vice president of the company in 2003.  Most recently, she served as the vice president and business unit director of the Yoplait division.

O’Grady is an active volunteer.  She was a founding member of the Women in Marketing employee network and is a mentor in the Partnership for Diversity Growth program at General Mills.   O’Grady also volunteers with the Minnesota Children’s Museum and previously served on the board of Working Opportunities for Women. 

She graduated with honors from Northwestern University in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications.  She received her MBA in 1994 from Harvard University.
