With nine out of 10 Americans falling shy of the recommended amount of fiber in their daily diet(a), it is time to mix up the morning routine – literally. This fall, the new Fiber One(™) Complete Pancake Mix will not only deliver five grams of fiber per serving or 20 percent of the recommended daily value(b), but also will bring at least 10 grams of whole grain per serving. Simply add water to the mix to create batter for light and fluffy pancakes and waffles that taste great and have the benefits of fiber. And, with the added ingredient of creativity, people can stir in their family favorites, such as blueberries, chopped apples, mashed bananas or top with their favorite fresh fruit or yogurt. Fiber One Complete Pancake mix, which is 28.3 ounces per package, retails for $3.49 and is available nationwide.
