05/19/2008
Today, Hamburger Helper announces that 25 hometowns across the nation have been chosen to receive a combined $100,000 in grants from the 2008 “My Hometown Helper” grant program, a nationwide initiative that helps local groups make a difference in their own community. The winning projects were chosen from a pool of 9,419 entries submitted between February 1 and March 31, 2008 and can be viewed online at www.MyHometownHelper.com.
“We are proud to offer our support to help local groups make a difference where they live,” said Hyun Mee Graves, brand manager. “The ‘My Hometown Helper’ grant program is making it easier for them to continue the great work they are already doing to improve their communities.”
