Digital Story Telling Project

In the creation of the Digital Storytelling Project,  I learned how to use Photo Story 3 for Windows and create a video using my own photos.  I wanted to use an accumulation of all of my summer pictures, but ultimately decided to use specific images from my cousin's bridal shower and wedding over this past summer.  I am incredibly close with my family and these events were great opportunities to spend time together and celebrate.  I am very excited to have discovered how to make a video with the Photo Story program and can see it being continually useful.   In the future, I will be able to use this skill in a number of ways -- I could make a photo story as a gift for friends or family, and as a teacher, I will be able to use Photo Story 3 for Windows to create more engaging lessons for my class or put together a montage of class photographs from throughout the year for a parent/student website.
