As a concluding piece to the unit that we have just finished, 'Ocean Life', you will each be completing a project that consists of two parts. The first part of the project will ask you to work with a parnter to turn your informational essay into a compare/contrast essay. For example: if you wrote your essay on the angle fish and your parnter wrote their essay on the clownfish, together you will write one essay comparing and contrasting the angel fish and the clownfish. This is your chance to show me that you are becoming more familiar with what goes into a compare/contrast essay.
For the second part of the project you will be working individually in the computer lab to put together a PowerPoint presentation highlighting the most important facts in your essay. You are to find pictures to use that will enhance your overall presentation.
