I was already very
comfortable with Microsoft Word's Word Art and Clip Art features. In high
school we were required to take a class called 21st Century computer essentials,
in which we learned every aspect of Microsoft Office's programs. I did learn
some new things when it came to shading and bordering the Word Art, which turned
out to be very useful. I did have fun creating the acrostic and learning a few
new tricks. Using different formatting concepts in this project will definitely
help me out in the long run and it is definitely a project I could see myself
using in a classroom.
