The Simple Present Tense

"The simple present tense expresses daily habits or usual activities. The simple present tense is used for events or situations that exist always, usually, or routinely in the past, present, and future."

As you can see from the previous page, in order to form the present tense, you simply take off the ending of the infinitive and add an appropriate ending according to who is doing the action.
