My first weekend in Costa Rica was spent in Manuel Antonio! After a 5 1/2 hour long bus ride, my friends and I arrive at Hotel Cocoa Beach. That weekend we went hiking in a National Park, got to swim in the beach, and even go out dancing! Aside from the bugs it was a great time in the Northern Coast.
Below is a picture of the Volcano
"Arenal". This is an active vocalno in Costa Rica. On a clear night it
is possible to see lava flow down its sides. My friends and I hiked to
"La Fortuna Waterfall" near the volcano and visited a hot spring!
