Goals and Objectives
This lesson has been designed for a fifth grade ESL class with high-beginner/low-intermediate level English proficient students.
After completing all stages and activities in this website, Students Will Be Able To:
  • recognize and identify contractions by their structure;
  • match contractions and their corresponding two word phrase;
  • create contractions when given two word phrases;
  • use adjectives in the appropriate place in a written document;
  • use three to five adjectives to describe chocolate.
