Project #2
For this project we were required to make a fictional school website using either Nvu or Google sites.  I decided to use Nvu for my website.  My fictional school is called Whangtown Elementary.  For this website I did the same thing i did for my personal website.  I used Nvu to create 3 different pages, a homepage, a faculty page, and a lunch menu.  I linked the faculty page and the lunch menu to the homepage.  I added pictures to all of my pages to make it more interesting.  On my faculty page I included a picture of all of the teachers and faculty members.  Once my project was done I used FileZilla to publish my website via my student website.

I thought this project was very interesting, it gave us an opportunity to be very creative.  This project will be useful in the future because it will help give us the skills to create a website for out schools or our classrooms.  This will be a wonderful way to let parents and students stay up to date with what is going on in school.
