Reading Assignments

After reading the article Schools, teachers behind in technology
I was in disbelief. In any school that I have ever been in, there
has been a fair number of computer to students ratios and faculty
almost always advocated the use of technology. Apparently
I have been just going to the right schools I guess. I think that
school is the place where all students should be equal in the area of
technology. This is a place where students should be able
to have the same access as every one else.

I agree with the statement in the article that all school faculty
should attend technology seminars or even better put on a
seminar that is madatory, so they as educators see the benefits
that technology has to offer rather than declining it
because they are unwilling to learn something new.
Part of the idea of becoming a teacher is being a life-long
learner.
