PROJECT 5

Project 5 involved creating a WebQuest.  This WebQuest was a joint project with EDU 375 Teaching Elementary School Social Studies.  Even though this project was a group project, I chose to work alone because it is hard for me to find time to work with other people because of my schedule.  I decided to do my WebQuest on "Talking Walls".    After Dr. Lin Lin taught a lesson on "Talking Walls", I was very interested in how fifth graders may respond to the topic.  Up until that point, I couldn't decide what topic to use for my WebQuest.  This project was very extensive.  I spent a lot of time outside of class not only in finding the appropriate web material, but also in creating the web pages with Nvu.  I used tables in this project as well.  These gave me quite a bit of trouble at first, but after I worked with them, I was able to easily create the tables for each of the required parts of the WebQuest.  I also used WS_FTP to upload my WebQuest to the webpage.  I hope you like what I have created.
