Ingredients

cup warm water
- 1
tea spoon yeast
- 1
tea spoon sugar
- 1
tea spoon oregano
- 1
tea spoon onion powder
- 1
tea spoon garlic powder
- 2
table spoon oil
- 2
1/2- 3 cup flour

Dissolve
yeast and
sugar in pre-heated water.You will know if
your yeast is active if after 5 minutes it starts to bubble. This is
called
"proofing the yeast."

Combine
onion
powder, oregano, garlic and oil while you're waiting for your yeast to start bubbling.

|
Add
to yeast mixture
along with 2 1/2 cups of flour. |
|
Knead
dough and add more flour if necessary. |
|
You
will know when your dough isready when it is no longer sticky and
instead
feels like velvet. |
|
When
dough has doubled... |
|
...roll
out onto a lightly flouredsurface
in
desired pizza shape. |
|
Transfer
to a pizza
stone and top with yummy toppings! |
|
Bake
at 350°F for at least 20 minutes. |
