¡Bienvenidos a la clase de español!

This is a wonderful opportunity for you to begin to become bilingual. There are many topics that we are going to be covering over the next year. In this class you will be engaging in many different types of activities. Throughout the year we will be working on building your vocabulary in Spanish and your ability to be comprehensible to other speakers of Spanish. We will also be looking at many of the cultural aspects of Spanish speaking countries throughout the year as the culture is an important part about being a speaker of a language.

A little about me

I received my Bachelor's in adolescent Spanish education from SUNY Oswego in December 2015. I am currently working on my Masters in TESOL at SUNY Cortland. While working on my Bacherlor's degree I studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Prior to teaching with the Syracuse City School District I taught at Auburn High School and Sweethome High School, both of which were long term substitute positions.
