For this project we were asked to explore microsoft word to discover different creative tools that can be used in educational areas. I first created my name page using word art and moving the text around to create an image that was visually appealing to me. My next project required that I design a page that could be used as an educational tool in schools. I used google image and microsoft watermark to create the background of the page. I typed an example handout over the image to create a format newsletter that I would send home to students parents to inform them of the monthly classroom events. My last project required that I design an educational power point project. I used my geometry project from math and created a link to it through this page. For each project I copied the page into microsoft paint and saved it as a jpeg. I was able to post it on my webpage as a link to the final project that is in microsoft word. I really enjoyed playing with the project and it was an opportunity to practice creating jpegs and uploading pictures onto my website. I really learned a lot from this project.
