Introduction

Solar System - The solar system consists of 8 planets, the sun, and all the other celestial bodies. These 8 planets and celestial bodies orbit the sun. Each of these 8 planets have different characteristics. The other celestial bodies consist of moons, dwarf planets, asteriods, Kuiper belt, comets, meteoroids, and interplanetary dust.

Outer Space - This is the space that is located beyond the limits that are determined by the different celestial bodies. The space around and past these bodies are known as outer space because this is where nothing is located.
