What are Endangered Animals?

Endangered animals are animals which are suffering a loss of population due to factors out of their control.

 Although some action is being taken to try and save these animals, we can not completely overcome these problems until the animals, the habitats and the environment in which they live are all protected.  

If these actions are taken to help the animals, the populations should slowly increase again.

What are some examples of

Endangered Animals? 

There are many animals that are endangered around the world.  
Some examples of these endangered animals are the zebra, black rhino, African Elephant, leopard, and hippopotumus.





What are some factors that casue
 animals to become endangered?
 
Some factors causing animals to become endangered are habitat destruction, overexploitation, pollution and poaching.  
These acts are reducing the animals ability to survive by hurting their habitat and the places they live as well as the animals themselves.
 A common patteren that can be seen in these causes is human impact on the animals.
