This
project required us to create a word puzzle through puzzle maker. After
the puzzle was created, we then had to copy the puzzle and paste it
into Microsoft Word. After the puzzle was pasted into Word, I centered
the puzzle and resized the puzzle to fit on one page. We then took a
screenshot of the Word page and pasted the page into paint to edit
the page. I then created a link to my word puzzle in my ePortfolio for
people to refer to.
The project is a great way to facilitate learning in the classroom. The teacher can have the students create their own word puzzle and have their peers solve his or her puzzle. Also the teacher can use word puzzles as a tool to help the students study vocabulary or certain spelling words the students are learning in class.
