Now, we want you to meet some of our closes friends that we interact with everyday.  Some of us were afraid at first of  our new furry friends but after a while, we became very fond of them! Our first friend is Wally the Worthog.  We see him everyday when we are out on our morning walk.  We go out to get our exercise and to experience the amazing wildlife that Morocco has to offer.  Meredith named him Wally because that is her favorite name and the warthog was her favorite animal throughout the trip. Warhogs are usually diurnal so they come out during the day and spend their nights sleeping in burrows. This is our little tiny friend, the meerkat.  He is very small and lives in dens with about 10 or 15 others.  They are just like humans and sleep during the night and are awake during the day also. This is Lauren's favorite animal because he is so small and friendly to us while we are in Morocco.  Gina and Meredith are scared of Mikey the meercat because he is a very fast and scurries around Morocco. This is a picture of Ashley on one of our many trips throughout Morocco.  Donkey rides are very popular with tourists because it gives them a chance to experience the beautiful landscape without having to walk the whole way and get tired out!
