Artist Statement

Art is something personal between the artist and what they have designed. Every artist puts a little bit of themselves into each piece of work. That is why I love creating new things, it's something that I can call my own and it is my creation. There is no limit to creativity, whatever I can imagine I can do.

When I reflect on my work I can even learn new things about myself. One thing that I have learned is that I like photographing nature and capturing its pure beauty. There is so much to see in the world, and most people don't notice the simple treasures found outside that so many walk by obliviously.

When I'm not behind a camera I'm probably in front of a computer. With computers I like creating abstract or unrealistic scenarios. This interests me because I can create something that can't be photographed, and I love looking at images that don't make sense right away because they draw me into them until I figure it out.
