Skinny Competition

Still doing O.K.
So...this morning I weighed 139 (I meant to keep up the Saturday morning weigh in, but forgot yesterday). So...two pounds more...but that's probably because we all ate at P.F. Chang's yesterday and yeah, it was a lot haha. REALLY good too...not to mention Sake and Black Swan Wine Jason and I had afterwards. ;)
I've decided that Saturday is my official 'off' day. Hopefully the emotional factor of it being my weigh in day as well won't be too terrible...I'll just have to learn not to try to eat away frustration.
I'm still trying to stay away from fried foods, high-sugar foods, and over-all things that aren't good for you.
-Oh wait- I've been doing that for like the last 7 years now.
That's probably why I didn't lose much during the 'competition' because, besides of trying to avoid chocolate, nothing really changed as far as my diet goes. I wonder if I lost what I did because I avoided chocolate and sweets? Quite possible.
SO, from now until I lose this stubborn 24 pounds or so, I'm banning all chocolate and sweets from my diet (aside from Saturdays or just one day a week when I can have something). That will also make it more special. :)
I also think exercising made a big difference, so I'm going to do more of that.
