Perry Crain Project 1: Cooking Traditional Hispanic Foods

-I love to
cook foods that are from other countries and regions. I
especially enjoy cooking (and eating) foods that are from Latin
America. Two of my favorite dishes from this region are a
traditional rice and beans dish (arroz con frijoles) and steak
quesadillas (quesadilla con bifstec). In this project, I am going
to show you how I prepare these two dishes. After, there will be
a small fill in the blank exercise based on the vocabulary that you
read and learned about in the directions for preparing these
dishes. I hope that you enjoy learning about these two delicious foods from Latin America! Buen Provecho!
