Getting the most out of your challenge course experience does not come from low and high elements alone.  A network of trust must be formed between you and your peers in order for your group to accomplish its desired goal.  Before doing any of the low or high elements, challenge course facilitators often start building that initial trust through a series of activities and games that promote both teamwork and trust, along with enhancing communication and problem-solving skills.
