Rosa Parks is the "Mother of the Civil Rights Movement." On December 1st
1955 Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat on a Mongomery Alabama bus. Her
refusal to obey segragation laws lead to the Montgomery County bus Bocott and
the end of segregation on public buses.
