The task of this web quest is to understand the struggles  that Rosa Parks and other African Americans faced during the Civil Rights Movement. You will read an interview with Rosa Parks. You will read about the bus boycott, the court ruling and Dr. King's speech. After reading the interview you will right a summery of  what  you found the most interesting and why. You will also write about Rosa Parks struggles with segregation. After reading the boycott section you will write a description of the bus boycott, what happened, when, and why. After reading the court ruling you will write the impacts of the court ruling on society and the Civil Rights Movement.. Dr. King's speech gives the  list of demands that the  Boy cotters' wanted. You will know and understand whether or not the demands of the boy cotters were met.
