contact infomation		 There are many solutions that can be enacted that will help preserve our forests and hopefully put an end to deforestation.


The first thing that should happen should be to end land clearing and unsustatinable logging in native forests outside of reserves.


We could also ban the use of 1080 poison on native wildlife and other damaging practices that take place on plantations.  This not only is killing our forests, but our animals as well.  The poision kills thoursands of wallabies, wombats, and possums every year.  

Also, the burning of forests for electricity in Austrailia should be outlawed.  


By being more aware of the problems that are causing deforestation, we can hopefully save our forests!  It is vital that we take care of our natural habitat, to keep our plants and animals alive.
