If you need more information or have a question that is not answered on our website, please call us toll free at (866) 475-1847 and somebody will be able to answer your questions. You can also email us here. All emails are answered within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday.
How do I place a custom order?
You can place an order for a customized Wheaties Box in one of several ways. First off you can place an order right here on the website. Just click on the "Customize" button or tab to get started. Placing your order online gives you all the options you could possibly need. To submit your image(s) you can choose to upload with your order, email after you have completed your order, or mail after you have completed your order. You also have the option to pay by credit card or by sending us a check. If you would rather talk to a person about your order, please call our toll free number and someone can answer any questions you have or take your order over the phone. Our toll free number is (866) 475-1847. We do recommend that anyone with order sizes of twenty-five (25) or more boxes call us rather than place the order online.
Do you get a real Wheaties cereal in the box?
No. All Wheaties Boxes are sealed in a high quality acrylic case. The Wheaties Box itself is empty.
What kind of photos are best to use for the box?
Any photo will work — black & white or color. But keep in mind, the better the photo, the better the result. Photos of all sizes will be accepted but we recommend against using wallet size photos as they usually don't work well. Digital photos will generally work better. We will notify you if the quality of the image prohibits making a great quality box.
If I mail my photos to you are they returned with the order?
Yes. All photos are returned unless otherwise specified.
Is there a quantity based discount on multiple orders?
For orders of 10 or more of the same box there is a discount. For the 1 oz Wheaties Box Set you need to order five (5) sets to qualify for the discount. For larger orders (25+) we suggest contacting us for any special pricing that might be available.
Can you put more than one photo on the Wheaties Box?
Yes. You will be charged an extra $9.95 per additional photo. Front of box or back. If you have an interest in putting several extra images on a box, please contact us about special pricing and to talk about the order.
Can you put names or other text on the Wheaties Box?
Yes. The front of the Wheaties Box is a great place to put the name of the person or group that will be on the box. You are welcome to add more than a name to the front but we recommend that it is kept to less than 3 lines. For Instance:

There is an extra charge of $3.00/box for text on the front of the Wheaties Trophy Box.
If you are interested in adding more text, such as a list of names, a team roster, some stats and accomplishments, or a personal bio, the back of the box is the perfect place. There is more room to customize on the back of the box and it is well suited to those who need more than a few lines to say what they want to say. To add text to the back of the Wheaties Box, the charge is $9.95/box.
What is the turn around time for shipping orders?
Most orders take an estimated 2 to 3 weeks from the date the order is received to the date it is shipped. However, during busy seasons it may be as long as 3 to 4 weeks. We will let you know if there are any abnormal production time. If you need your order by or on a specific date outside of the two week timeframe, please contact us before placing your order and we will do everything we can to make sure your request can be met.
Can you rush orders?
Yes. We will do rush orders for an extra charge of $9.95/box. Please state the desired receiving date with your rush order and we will move it into a special production plan to meet your needs. All orders that are needed in less than two weeks are considered rush orders. Plan accordingly. The processing time starts at time of receipt of payment. For rush orders that need to be processed within 1 day of the order being placed, the rush charge is $14.95/box. If you pay for the 24 rush processing and need the box in two days, you must also select the overnight option when choosing your shipping method in order to get your package on time. Please note that the processing time and charges are separate from the shipping time and charges. We ask that if you need your order delivered in less than one (1) week, that you call us after you have placed your order to confirm both that your order was received and that it accurately registered your request.
