Heidi Montag, most famous from her 10 Procedure Makeover in 2010, has gone under the knife once again. She just wanted more, Dr. Silicone told us, although he does not believe she has a plastic surgery addiction at all. "She looks more beautiful now than ever." he claims. Montag sat down with People to talk about her most recent surgeries, stating "Like, after my last stuff I had done, I like still wasn't happy. And Spencer told me if I got more I might like get a movie deal or something. So I listened to him, and am happier then ever. He thinks I'm beautiful and that's all I care about." Her estranged mother and father are apparently horrified by her new look,seen above, but that does not bother her she says. "I never wanted to be that little girl from Colorado anyways, I was born to be a movie star!"
