No one really know what exactly caused the dinosaurs to become extinct. Some theories include a giant meterite crashing into the Gulf of Mexico and causing a huge explosion of dust, ash, and debris. The impact of the meterite caused all of the dinosaurs to die off and become extinct.
Another theory scientist believe is the cause of
the extinction of dinosaurs is the theory of a huge ice age. Tempertures
decreased so much that it caused unliveable conditions for the dinosaurs.
