Even though I left my family behind in my big move to the Amazon Rainforest, they are still a huge part of my life! I talk to them daily and fill them in on my new and ever changing life. My mother's name is Paula and my father's name is James. I have one older brother named Doug and an older sister named Tracy. I also have three younger brothers named Patrick, Ryan, and Colin. My older brother is married and has a son named Aidan who is also a huge part of my life. So as you can see I come from a large family that is very close to each other. The big move that I just made to the Amazon has made me realize how much I value the support and love of my family. However, my best friends who also made the move with me have truly become my second family!

    Since I have just recently moved here I do not have many new friends. However, a few of my best friends from home also made the big move here with me and they have truely made this big transition easier than expected. They have ultimately become my family! The friends that moved here with me to teach and live the native way of life are: Meg, Amanda, and Kerry.
