At eCommerce, the @WalmartLabs team is using predictive algorithms, big data and enhanced data analytics to drive what customers will need and want next across online and mobile platforms. Engineering even works with our actual warehouses to improve operations, back-room systems and Walmart’s world-class logistics network, speeding products to customers across the globe. Engineering opportunities also extend to our Global Business Processes group, which designs and helps implement global and common process capabilities to lower labor costs, increase supply chain efficiencies, and increase sales to accelerate the productivity loop.
