The Merchandising and Replenishment teams of the world’s largest retailer and our always-growing Walmart.com division are where you can Make Better Possible in both trends and economies. Walmart buyers attend merchandise shows, research and explore markets and shop the competition to find out what customers want and need – whether in-store or online – while always keeping in mind our philosophy of delivering Every Day Low Prices. You’ll also partner with suppliers, drawing on your own negotiation skills while learning about the ever-changing retail market.
Our Replenishment group interacts with nearly every department at Walmart. You’ll work with buyers, suppliers, logistics and store operations to develop forecasts and cost analyses, as well as find new channels and sustainable ways to meet our ever-changing business and customer needs. There are also roles in our Global Sourcing group, where you’ll work to source sustainable, local goods – which directly benefits a community, both as customers and neighbors. It’s just one more way Walmart works for the greater good and helps people live better.
